In 2022, some 617 housing units were delivered with an average sale price of 343,000 euros. The strong commercial activity resulted in a pre-sale portfolio of 1,473 units, of which 31% will be rental homes.

The main buildings have LEED Platinum/Gold and WELL Gold certifications, obtained through a holistic environmental and social management project that considers an array of aspects.
The campus ensures healthy and green workspaces, and all buildings follow nZEB standards. Some buildings also use photovoltaic energy and a geothermal air conditioning system.
In terms of innovation, new materials with photocatalytic capacities, intelligent control systems and flexible dynamics were used to optimize the campus experience.
The building’s energy rating also complies with the nZEB consumption standards of the European Directive and it is LEED Platinum pre-certified. It is also equipped to obtain the WELL gold level well-being standard.
Wood construction is not only highly sustainable, but also allows the use of new methodologies with a high level of detail to ensure the assembly on site. For this reason, its manufacture makes optimizing processes and reducing deadlines easier.
